NEW REGULATIONS REGARDING YOUTH PARTICIPATION
- Due to changes of the University of Arizona’s Campus Recreation regulations, youth under 18 who are not enrolled at the University of Arizona are not permitted to participate in UABC club-hosted events this academic year.
KEEP IN MIND:
- We have implemented event caps (limited entries for some events)
- Men’s singles and doubles: 26 entries
- Women’s singles and doubles: 16 entries
- Mixed doubles: 32 entries
- All Men’s events are OPEN to all genders
- Women who sign up for men’s events cannot play the equivalent women’s event due to time constraints
- Each player can sign up for 3 events maximum
- If you do not show up within 10 minutes of your game being called, it will be an automatic forfeit!
- There will be no exceptions in the interest of keeping the tournament timely. This means, if you expect to be late to the tournament due to travel or other extraneous circumstances, the volunteers will not wait to call your games. Exceptions will only be made for last minute, health-related circumstances.
- VOLUNTEERS: if you/someone you know cannot play in the tournament but would like to be a volunteer please fill out and/or share this google form.
- Volunteers DO NOT need to be there for the entire duration of the tournament. More information about volunteering tasks can be found on the google form. We appreciate the willingness and hard work of all our volunteers!
- Tournament grade shuttles, lunch, snacks, and refreshments are included for all players and volunteers
